This immersive workshop introduces you to the fundamentals of chakra health-how to recognize imbalances and restore harmony through color, food, movement, and intention. You'll be guided through a sound healing journey designed to align and balance your chakras with the vibrations of crystal bowls.

Learning Objectives By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: Identify the seven major chakras and describe their physical, emotional, and energetic associations.

Evaluate indicators of chakra imbalances through observation, self-reflection, and guided assessment. Apply evidence-informed tools (nutrition, color, sound, and yoga practices) to support chakra alignment. Incorporate sound bath and vibrational healing techniques as a restorative practice for chakra integration.
