About the event
We begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening and mood-elevating properties. As the cacao begins to soften and expand the body, you’ll be guided through an intentional breathwork journey to release stored tension, emotional blockages, and stagnant energy.
From there, settle into stillness as you receive Reiki energy healing, allowing your body to integrate and rebalance.
The event closes with an immersive sound bath, using crystal bowls and healing frequencies to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.
