Group classes
While focusing on the present moment we explore the benefits of yoga. 1Raw Yoga group classes focus on relaxation, flexibility, and inner healing. Some instructors include mantras, mudras, and Reiki techniques in their classes. Group classes include traditional and non-traditional yoga styles. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted gaining a sense of peace.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early. Walk-ins are welcome however we HIGHLY recommend pre-registering.
Doors are locked once classes start.

Class Descriptions
Sunrise Flow
Start your day with flowing through a series of sequential movements. Watch the beautiful sunrise over Lake Monroe. Work at the rhythm of your breath through dynamic movements & poses. It's your practice to explore your own yoga journey. Find a true union of mind and body, feeling revitalized & renewed. Sign up early. There is a 3 person minimum to hold class.
Rising Flow
Flow through a series of sequential movements. Work at the rhythm of your breath through dynamic movements & poses. It's your practice to explore your own yoga journey. Find a true union of mind and body, feeling revitalized & renewed. An intuitive gentle flow yoga class to wake up the body and mind. Beginner friendly.

Vinyasa Flow
A flow of movements using the breath to guide you. Building strength and stability with possible sweating, detoxing, and calorie burning. Beginner to intermediate level flow.

Yin Yoga
A slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time (2 - 5 minutes more).
Yin Yoga targets and stretches both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas.
It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy. This style of yoga is very relaxing and restorative.

Back and Hips Yoga
This gentle class offers safe and effective postures and stretches to address lumbar pain/strain, sciatica, SI joint and other common back ailments. The therapeutic approach of this class aims to reduce pain and inflammation, increase circulation and improve function and range of motion in the spine and hips.

Rising Sun Yoga
You will find this yoga experience Relaxing as well as Recharging and Rejuvenating!
This mind and body Yoga class incorporates Yoga with Pranayama breathing techniques!
YOGA means to join mind and body and Pranayama is breathing techniques which helps the mind and the body to synchronize together.
This practice creates tranquility which promotes a calm mind. A calm mind can overcome any challenge with less effort and allows our body to have a better resistance against disease.
This class is open to all levels.

Strengthening Yoga
This class is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture. Strengthening yoga includes movements and modifications in repetition to improve the alignment and gain strength for posture improvement and increased energy. Beginner to intermediate level.

Chair Yoga
Disengage from your busy life for just a short while and return back to work or home feeling refreshed and inspired. This class is great for those who are unable to get on floor.
Come as you are and practice in a chair. No need to change clothes or bring a mat.
Stretch, move, breathe to interrupt your daily stress.

Meditation
Come experience our group meditations for stress reduction, mental clarity, emotional well-being and physical healing. Mediation can be very simple yet a powerful tool to advance spiritual growth, improve relationships, open awareness, cleanse and strengthen your chakras and aura or just simple relax. The effectiveness of the blessings is magnified exponentially when meditating as a group rather as an individual.
This class can be done in a chair, seated on a pillow, or laying down.
