Get ready for a summer filled with imagination, movement, and mindful fun! Mindful Play Learning Summer Camp at 1Raw Yoga offers children ages 5–8 a joyful and enriching experience rooted in play-based learning and mindfulness practices.
Each week, campers will engage in:
Yoga designed especially for kids
Music and Movement to boost coordination and confidence
Sensory Play that sparks curiosity and calms the nervous system
Creative Crafts that encourage self-expression
