Join us Friday June 7th, 7:30-9 PM. This event will include:

20 Minutes of CBD infused tea and chocolate time with time to address any areas of concern.

45 Minutes of Restorative Yin Yoga.

20 Minutes of Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Bring your own yoga mat.
