About the event
Tai Chi is an ancient art and a simple exercise that incorporates slow movements, relaxed alignment, and slow deep breathing. Commonly referred to as the Form, these postures that are linked together improve one's balance, keep the joints healthy, focus the mind, and increase the energy in the body. Beginners are welcome to join in on the relaxation and fun! Several practice video will be sent to participants.
